Joanie G. Formal Dress with Scarf, Size 8, Periwinkle Excellent used condition as this was only worn one time. Dress has thin spaghetti straps that can be removed if you prefer it to be strapless. Super flattering waist side gathering detail that slims the waist. Zipper closure in back. Top layer is a super pretty almost gauzy overlay. Comes with scarf that you can wear around your neck or as a shawl. Great for formal events, weddings, prom, homecoming, etc. It's been awhile, but I don't think I had any alterations done to this dress. Smoke free, pet friendly home. Open to reasonable offers.
