This super polka dot Joanie blouse featuring a classic black and white dot pattern. This button-down top has a charming ruffle detail along the shoulders and neckline, adding an extra touch of elegance. I love this blouse but it was always a little big, while it’s labeled an 18, it’s more like a 20 to 22. Please check measurements!
