Joann Simon for Jump gorgeous purple formal dress

Adorable purple textured embroidered look material with hidden side zipper and back crisscross straps. This dress is in good condition. Someone cut out the bottom portion of the lining inside I’m guessing so it lays flatter on the hips? See last photo. The material is not see-through so should not make a difference.Please see photos for details.
