Joanna August Kathy Long Gown - Blackbird - Size M

This flowy off-the-shoulder black gown has only been WORN ONCE and it's in excellent condition! I am 5'3" and had the dress expertly hemmed to be worn with 3 1/4" heels. It comes with a ribbon-like belt to accentuate your waist and/or help adjust dress length if needed. There are also adjustable shoulder straps!
