Jodi Kristopher Black and Sparkly Halter Dress - Medium

Spaghetti halter ties in the back for a more adjustable fit. Sparkly dress that is fully lined with a little tulle at the bottom to create an interesting and flowy hem. No zipper, and my mannequin's shoulders are too wide to fit it on the mannequin. Size says medium, but it definitely fits more like a small.
