This is a sweet comfortable scalloped neck fit and flare dress by Jodi Kristopher. Fits true to size, will be a little short for the taller girls. Is navy and white polka dot. Worn a handful of times. Like new condition. Has discreet loops on the waist for a belt. The red one pictured does not come with it (misplaced). Thanks for looking!
