In excellent condition, but has one small tear on the seam where the thread is unraveling under the snap button on the front (see 9th picture). Has a stretchy waistband, lace on the shoulder part, and ruffles on the bottom of the shorts. Has a snap button to keep the front part closed. Size XL but runs small- probably better for a medium or large (see measurements). Pit to pit: 18.5 inches Hips: 19.5 inches Waistband: 14 inches laying flat; stretches to 20 inches when laying flat Length (shoulder to hem): 27.5 inches
