Black flare bottom with lace trim. Back zipper closure. Drop. Waist ribbon & bow. 65 % polyester. 31% rayon 3% spandex. In excellent shape. 32” waist. Waist to hem 23”. Size is hard to read. Could be a 5 or a 6. Go by measurements.
