Looking for a dress reminiscent of fall, complete with a vintage vibe and flattering neckline? This dress is the one for you! I purchased this and alas never wore it for reasons I can't quite figure so it is technically NWOT. It features a ruched sweetheart neckline, a cloth belt and elbow length sleeves. It has a zip up back and is cut to work well with curves.
