Joe Fresk skirt

Joe Fresh circle skirt. The skirt looks like it's taffeta, but it isn't! Note that while the skirt is labelled as a large, I wore this when I was an XL quite comfortably as the ribbon at the waist is partially functional (the back is fully elasticized). The waist measures 18inches laying flat.
