Joelle crepe off the shoulder dress in multi solar opposite

Fun off the shoulder mini dress with bright summery colors and cute tassels down the front and on the sleeves! This style has elastic straps that sit under your underarms to keep the off the shoulder style from slipping around even when you move- such a nice touch! I know a lot of their shorter styles are actually rompers but this is a dress, no shorts underneath. This dress is new with tags, I don’t love the off the shoulder look on myself and have never worn it. Pit to pit 21” Elasticized off the shoulder top 21” across Elasticized waist 17” across Full Length 33.5” but it’s kind of blousy at the waist, it doesn’t hang straight down so it will probably hit shorter than that Skirt from waist 15” Pinks and oranges are very bright, look at my photos, the stock photo looks more subtle than in person
