This sweet girls dress from Joe's Jeans has a top with ruffled arm holes and floral embroidery at the neckline and around the ruffles. EUC! Back has peephole button closure. There are also tassles on the sides. Light blue bottom portion has a bow at the elastic waist. Cotton/polyester/tencel blend. The girls size 8, when lying flat, is 15 inches across at the armpits, is 11 inches across at the waist and is 26.5 inches long from shoulder to hem. Arm holes are 7 inches long.
