@lovesnow01 Laying flat, left to right of waistband is 16”. Because fabric content is all cotton (no spandex included), I wouldn’t label as “stretch.” Hope this helps. Thx for asking.

Just relooked at label...there is 1% “elastano” so, yes, tiny bit of spandex, I guess. Definitely not super stretchy, more of a bias-type stretch.
