Joe’s jeans red orange color ankle length high or mid rise

On the tag it says high rise but it hits right at my belly button so it seems more of a mid rise to me since I’m only 5’2”. These are ankle length and have never been hemmed. Color is a distressed red orange. Condition is good some pulls but no actual holes. No stains
