silver, 60 diamond, and rutilated topaz size 7 ring. Although pre owned it is in mint condition. The band is 925 sterling silver, with one rutilated topaz surrounded by 40 diamonds, and 10 diamonds on each side of the ring band. Comes with box, storage pouch, and booklet.
