I want to get this for my sister in law as a surprise. She saw this on someone and fell in love with it. My friend wearing it said she got it at Neiman's 10 yrs ago and here it is.. I found it.. but it's used.. I have 2 questions. My sil is particular.. is this jacket in really good shape? Secondly, she is tiny.. my brother said she would wear a ladies xs.
