John Perry Dolphin Sculpture on Burl Wood, Vintage California, USA, 1980s This is a vintage John Perry dolphin sculpture. The artist developed Pellucida, a compound of resins used for the dolphin. The base is the root burl of the manzanita bush found in Southern California and Mexico. Has original John Perry metal logo attached. This is an older piece and I would estimate it is from the 1980s. Measures approx. 5-3/4" x 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" tall. Very good condition, no chips or cracks.
