Johnny Was floral handkerchief hem tunic dress. Floral pattern on black background. Material is 100% sheer cotton, unlined. Also has bell sleeves, v-neck, and tunic waist. There a slight flaw at the v neck where you can see tiny needle holes with very close inspections (see photos). Dress was altered at the V part of the neckline to make it smaller at the bust then was taken back out.
