kkquinn1 @rinelldug definitely flares out a little wider at bottom. I would hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry :)

kkquinn1 @rinelldug no side slits only on sleeves. Bottom measures 23 across. Sleeves are 3/4 length, from put to bottom about 13 inches
