janisryan @piggypearson I'm so sorry! I just saw this. The bust measurement is difficult because there is no seam under the armpit. It's all one piece, but it's very roomy. I measured it as between 26 and 27 inches. Part of that becomes the sleeve when you put it on. It's really pretty and I would keep it, but it's a little shorter on the hip than I like. I'm 5'9" for reference.

janisryan @jwjcchandler It's 25.5 inches from shoulder seam to hem. It's a cotton-polyester blend and feels like a lightweight t-shirt material. Very soft and comfortable. Let me know if there are any other questions you have.
