Johnny Was velvet high neck button up back sleeveless top, size small/medium

Johnny Was black velvet button up back high neck sleeveless top. sizing tag ripped out, I am a small/medium and this top fits me. measurements included. some of the button loops appear a little stretched out as shown in last photo and video. For me, this helps the top not feel too tight, especially in the neck area. The loops are secure to the top and not in danger of breaking imo. Top is lined. length 22 in bust 17 in
