casselby99 Hi Nancy...the upper inside toe area on the right shoe is badly defective. I can hardly get my foot in it. It feels as if the leather is wrinkled and it digs into the top of my toes. It's a shame because I really like them. I put in a request to get my money back...sorry.

casselby99 Thank you Nancy...no worries...I really don't see how you could sell these again, they are unwearable as they are unfortunately. Not sure if they can be fixed, either. I think the top inner layer of leather separated from the top/outer layer ?? Has to be a defect as J&M make great shoes and these appear to be lightly used. You can't tell anything is wrong with them until you put your foot in the right shoe. thanks for your understanding.
