The listing says the jacket is a Large, but the tag on the pocket says 38, which would be a medium or smaller if that's the chest size. ??

@salimbag Hi - thank you for the comment - I appreciate the opportunity to clarify. I coded it as size Large because it was my husbands jacket and all the other clothes from when he was this size were larges, so I assumed this was same. It is 21" across - I posted another photo with a tape measure across front and back. Also noticed very small pit stains just on the seam under the arm which I had not noticed before. Thanks again for taking the time to comment
