Joie Ottoline Ivory Floral Print Dot Ruffle V-neck Blouse 3/4 Sleeve Size XS

This top has never been worn! BNWOT! It’s 100% viscose but feels like silk! It’s super flattering with a peplum hemline, 3/4 gathered sleeves with Swiss dot and ruffled details. I purchased this (at Nordstrom) primarily because I felt these colors could transition easily between seasons- it’s ivory but the floral detail has burgundy, red, deep green and of course, black- so much versatility and so many options.
