Joie Parisian Paisley Blouse (Size XS)

This Joie top in the Parisian Paisley pattern is too cute! It was worn once and is in like new condition. There are tassels and buttons starting at the neckline, as shown in the photos. There is a large hem at the bottom of the blouse, along with a small ruffle at the bottom of the sleeves. It is sized as an XS, but in my opinion, it could fit up to a Medium.
