Joie Silk Sleeveless Shift Dress Size L Multi Pattern Navy Salmon Tones EUC

This is a really pretty, light silk dress that would be perfect for a hot day or at the beach. Unfortunately it didn't fit me. The tag is a Large but it fits like a small in the bottom half. I am listing it as a small. While I wear a L in Joie consistently, this dress runs VERY small. I would say it would fit someone just over 5' with their chest larger than hips really nicely. As I'm tall and hourglass it was too tight in the rear and too short overall. Reposhing this item I purchased from @lovepeace6. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions?
