sarahamber1985 @luxx0252 Mannnnnn, I think. . .no, I know that 15 to 16 is too small. I just measured my smallest blouse and sits at 17.5 inches. I won't be able to button it up. I'm currently a 4.....was a 2 and imcstill getting used to NOT fitting in xs or my usual sizes. Thanks so much. I really love this top. Bummer.
