Jolibel Black Dress with Faux Wood Buckles and Ruched Waist

See Measurements below for Sizing This gorgeous dress is such a deep black that I apologize if the photos don't do it justice. this is a sleeveless dress with a V-neck. it has faux wood buckles on either shoulder. there is ruching at the waist. it's a stretchy material. probably polyester with spandex if I had to guess, but someone cut out the size and care tag. Based on online research, I believe it to be polyester and spandex. I hand washed with woolite, and line dried this because I don't know what care instructions are. Approximate Measurements pit to pit- 17 inches waist across front- 13 inches hip across front- 21 inches shoulder to hem- 45 inches there is some allowance for stretch maybe an inch or so.
