Jolibel Burgundy Vintage Ultra-Suede Belted Blazer Dress NWOT

New without tags. Jolibel burgundy red vintage ultra suede belted blazer dress with side pockets, vintage buttons, faux top pocket flaps, belt loops, and matching belt with buckle. Skirt buttons 1/2 way down the side, leaving a bit of leg showing. Only flaw is that fabric and sizing tag is missing. Pit to pit measures 20”. Waist total measures 31” but can be made smaller with belt. Hips measure 42” total, I am listing as a size 12 based on measurements.
