Jolt Shorts

Like new. Barely worn. Elastic waist. Ruffled hem. Nicely made shorts. Material is super soft, has an ultra suede feel to it but I don’t know what it is as it is not listed. Shorts are lightweight, not heavy. Has a lacy stripe embellishment in the front.
