Jolt lace racerback summer festive dress.

This is a cute Jolt lace dress (lined).Cream in color. It's NWT from Dillards.it has fringe detail across the front. It's in excellent condition. This dress would be perfect for concerts/festivals. I would wear it will cowboy boots , but I think it would be perfect with sandals. Non smoking home. Approximate measurement are flat lay.
