@angesco84 hello, I’m so sorry to hear of your sister’s illness. I purchased this topper when I was losing my hair due to chemotherapy. This is not a full coverage wig – only a topper you do need a little bit of hair for the Clips to secure the topper I have read that you can use wig adhesive instead. Please let me know if you have other questions.
