Jona Michelle party dress

Beautifully designed shiny aqua/blue dress with velvet decor throughout the dress. The dress has wide shoulders straps, buttons on the back for closure, and dress ties into a bow on the back. The dress comes mid calf and has three layers of material under the dress to give it a puffy look.
