Jona Michelle sequins and tulle formal dress

NWT Jona Michelle dress available in 2T and 4T. Bodice has pink and iridescent sequins in a scalloped design, edged in white tulle ruffle. At the waist, the 4T dress has a blue satin belt with pre-tied bow, the 2T has a white tulle tie-back. Skirt has multi-colored tulle plus a lining and a crinoline for additional volume.
