Jones New York Black Full Length Sleeveless Dress Size 16

Recently dry cleaned! Size 16 Jones New York belted maxi full length sheer dress with black underlay. Worn once or twice, It’s about 20 or 25 years old. Delicate cocoa and brown floral leaf pattern with sparkles. It’s one piece but has a tiered / draped 2 piece look. Wear with or without the belt. Measures approximately 53” from shoulder to hem; 20” from armpit to armpit; top tier is 23” long; widest part of hip about 22” across; belt is about 41". Please note that most of the hem has come apart. I am a terrible seamstress, so I dare not fix it myself.
