Jones New York Knee-Length Patterned Skirt, Size 16

Very pretty skirt from Jones New York. I think it's vintage from the 90s (but I'm no expert). Sits at my natural waist (high waisted) and falls to just past my knees. Pleated and patterned. A great piece for wearing to work or for wearing with tights and boots in the winter. 100% rayon
