Jones New York Pleated Black Skirt with White Polka Dots

This used but in good condition Jones New York skirt is a feminine addition to your spring/summer closet. Looks lovely with a white blouse. It is a light weight pleated fabric with white polka dots on a black background. The skirt is lined in with a black slip and there is a side hook and zipper. Size 12, Flat waist measurement is approximately 17" with no give. Size from waste to bottom is approximately 23".
