Jones New York Pleated Blue Shirt Dress Size 22W

This is a gently used Jones New York Shirt Dress in Blue. It is a size 22W. It has ties sewn into the side seams so you can tie it in the front or the back. It does have side pockets! It also features quite a lot of pleats. It measures about 23 inches at the waist and 46.5 inches long from shoulder to bottom hem. These measurements were taken on a flat surface. It does have buttons but they are concealed. It is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. It might have a little stretch but not much. It should not shrink anymore. It can be machine washed and dried. It does have one little defect - there is a white line on one cap sleeve that has been there since I bought it. It is noticeable up close but not from a distance.
