cmorre The dress has stretch with the spandex and the bust does measure out to 36 inches, It has a back zipper which go just beyond the waist. And the neckline is not revealing at all. I have reduced the dress by two dollars helping you to send it back if need be. It can be shipped first class for about three dollars and fifty cents. It is a beautiful dress and made very well.
