This is a Jones New York Women's Cardigan that is a type of Velour. It buttons up in the front with 2 small pockets near the bottom hem. It has an extra button under the collar so that if you get cold, you can button it up around your neck. It is very soft!! It is 78% Cotton and 22% Polyester. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-24.5" and the length is 27.5". In great condition.
