bwhiteaustin @moirag16 Hi there! The measurements are: from pit to pit, across the bust = 22" sleeves = 23" shoulder top to bottom hem = 23" I also measured across the middle. It tapers to 20". It has a little stretch, but only enough to allow decent movement if you're wearing it buttoned up. I hope this helps.
