hotcheetokween @emlikestea hello! so with all of the buttons buttoned, the measurements are approximately 16.5 inches across the waist, 19.5 across the upper part of the pockets at the hips, and it's about 38.5 inches from the top of the collar at the back of the neck to the bottom. I have a 33 inch waist, and the middle buttons won't close on me! it would probably fit best on someone with a waist size under 30! I hope that helps :)

emlikestea thank you so much - I really appreciate it!! Sadly I think the hips are a bit too small, I have 41" hips so I think it would be too tight. :(
