gwin1627 @norest waist is approximately 18 inches. Label says dry clean. Fabric is 100% polyester so it seems like you might be able to wash it on delicate.

gwin1627 I also noticed that the photographs seem to have a pinkish tint. But the skirt is really gray and black and white/cream.
