Vintage 90s/y2k black and pink floral dress. Dress is slip-on. 2 layers- 1 sheer floral print top layer and bottom layer is a black silky material with the floral print on the end that gives the dress a layered look at the bottom. Has quite a bit of stretch. Measurements (flat + unstretched): Pit to pit: 14 in Waist : 14 in Hips: 14 in
