It’s not a parka for sure.. I live on the west coast so not entirely sure how warm you need but it’s 80% wool. Lining is nylon. It’s really not see threw on

@tiffany_lynn_02 from the shoulder seam to hem it’s 36 inches long. From armpit to armpit it’s 19 inches. I am 5’2 and it goes to below the knees on me.
