This is a Midnight Blue, perfect for those times when black just isn’t quite special enough. Brown eyes look spectacular with navy eyeliner, and Bobbi Brown especially loves to use this color to make blue eyes pop. This goes on nice and crisp, but blends well with a tiny brush or q-tip. Smudge this along the eyelid and add a tap of Just A Sec in Linen on top to turn this color into a lovely shimmery sky blue! Never sharpened.
