Beautiful lined paneled black tulip skirt. Back zip with partial elastic sides to waistband for a comfy fit. Knee length. Jones Studio branded but bought at dress barn. Feel free to bundle with the jacket that’s on sale in my closet for a discount. Size is a 14W and is made from 100% polyester including the lining. Worn less than 5 times and is like new.
