Jones Wear Essentials Black Skirt

Jones Wear Essentials Black Skirt has a 2.5" waistband that is scalloped with 2 points front and 2 in back. Skirt has 2.5" waistband with points 3.25". Measurements are taken laying flat across is 20", hem is 40" wide, lining is 29" wide at hem, and the length is 25". Has 8 panels. Skirt has an invisible 7" Zipper with hook and eye closure. Tag says dry clean. I washed cold,delicate, and line dried. Not flaws. See pictures for fabric and care.
