Beautiful rich blue - bandless waist for a smooth look. Band of black around the bottom. Hidden zipper up the back with hook and eye closure. Slit in the back. Fully lined. The label says "Stretch" and the outer skirt does have 4% spandex, giving it a nice stretch. The lining is 100% polyester, though, and it doesn't stretch. Quality skirt! N1683
