Jones Wear tiered black dress

This dress is a matte black with a satin band of fabric right under the bust line. Lots of little tiers making it form fitting and very flattering ( those little tiers gave my trouble spots plenty of forgiveness!) super comfortable, worn once to a wedding. Smoke free home.
